How much is postage?
Postage varies depending on the size of the order. The price ranges from £12.50 - £15.99.
Most orders excluding fish will be £12.50, all orders that include fish will be £15.99 due to the water capacity required.
What should I do if my order arrives DOA?
On the rare occasion that an item arrives DOA, you should take photos immediately and send these to us via our email address cellaraquatics@gmail.com. This enables us to challenge the courier should there be any box damage.
In the case of a DOA we will refund the cost of the item, EXCLUDING the postage.
I placed an order and your website said it was in stock, but you have refunded me for an out of stock item, why?
From time to time the website stock will be slightly inaccurate to the nature of the stock we sell and the channels we sell on. At the time of packaging your item, should an item be out of stock we will post what is in stock and refund what isn't. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification.
I have placed an order, when will it arrive?
We will only despatch an order on your instruction. Due to the nature of the items and the courier used, the item must be signed for and therefore someone must be home to take delivery. We ask that you inform us at the time of placing the order when you wish to receive your order. But don't worry if you forget to do this, we will send you a confirmation email that will remind you to let us know.
Can I have Saturday delivery?
Saturday delivery is available, but not for fish deliveries. If you require Saturday delivery, let us know before you place the order and we will let you know.
